A monthly community event combining Feldenkrais and guided dance-movement exploration.
Feldenkrais + Dance is a monthly community event combining Feldenkrais and guided dance-movement exploration. The practice will begin lying down on the floor with a body scan, helping to ground ourselves and tap into sensation. Next we will explore a simple sequence of movement that corresponds to the focus of the class, staying curious as we move gently and slowly, treating our bodies kindly. This allows us to experience a deep sense of lightness, spaciousness and connection throughout the whole of ourselves. Finally we will close with a guided dance-movement exploration. No experience is necessary, just a curious body and heart.
WHEN: Wednesday 5th March from 7 pm till 8 pm
